I have been a full time Realtor for 30 years essentially with the same company. In that time we've seen numerous markets and types of markets with all types of financing that characteristically befit the times. The one constant has been that sooner or later, the market works through the problems and has always come out stronger than before. I believe buyers and sellers know what they want and my job is to help them get it.
